Property Address & Directions Urbanización Arroyo de la Honda, Cl. 27 Sur #28 100, Apto 305 Barrio Zuñiga - Loma Esmeraldal, Envigado, Antioquia, 055420. If you arrive by Uber or other car, the car may enter the parking garage at the upper most of the three parking garage levels. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, unit 305. It can be accessed by elevator or stairs at the end of the main floor parking garage. Food Delivery / Rappi You may use the address above for all food delivery services like Rappi. The delivery guys can come to your door, so no need to meet them at the porteria. We recommend you exchange Whatsapp numbers with the porteria so that they can simply notify you when the delivery guy arrives and will let them come up to the apartment. Their Whatsapp number is +57 311 4055175 There is also a phone on the kitchen counter that the porteria can use to call you if they need to get your attention urgently, but it does not work well for conversation and typically they will only call if they need to direct your attention to Whatsapp or they need you to come to the lobby. Mail and Package Deliveries Mail and other packages will be left in the porteria and the porteria will notify you when they arrive. 3. Check-In & Check-Out Instructions 🔑 Check-In Check-in time: 3:00 PM Entry method: Keyless entry, code is provided in advance of checkin. Door locks manually from inside. To lock from outside, hold door shut and press button in lower right of keypad. 🚪 Check-Out Check-out time: 12:00 PM Before checking out, please: • Take out trash and recycling • Turn off lights and any appliances • Lock doors and windows • Log out of Netflix and other streaming apps 4. House Rules & Policies • No smoking indoors (high fine) • No parties or loud noise o Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • No unregistered guests or overnight visitors • Pets allowed for a 150,000 COP fee per pet • Be respectful of neighbors • Report any damages or issues immediately to avoid extra charges • Please do not move or turn off power for the antennae on the patio - it's part of a community LoRaWAN project. Balcony/Terrace Use: • Do not hang laundry, towels, rugs or other items over the balcony railing. • If you are traveling with a pet, do not allow them to urinate or defecate on the balcony. Promptly clean up any pet waste. • Be mindful of noise levels on the balcony, especially during the building's quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Pet Policies: Pets are allowed in the unit for a fee of 150,000 COP per pet. If bringing a pet, please abide by all the building's pet rules, which include: • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when in common areas of the building. • Pets are not allowed in the gym, jacuzzi, steam room, playground or other recreational spaces. • Clean up after your pet immediately if they have any accidents in common areas. • Pets prone to loud barking should not be left unattended in the unit in a way that disturbs neighbors. • Certain dog breeds considered dangerous may have additional restrictions - check with us if unsure. 5. WiFi & Entertainment WiFi Name: Somos-Brennen _5g WiFi Password: Venecia26 Smart TV has Netflix and other streaming services. 6. Trash & Recycling Apartment trash chute is in the closet to the right of the main entrance door. Main trash room for larger items is on the 1st floor next to the "cuarto de basuras". Recycling Guidelines: • Don’t throw recyclibles down the trash chute. Place them on the floor in front of the trash chute, or in the hallway outside the closet if the trash chute closet is full. A building employee will pick them up. • On weekends, take recyclables directly to 1st floor collection area Trash Pickup 7. Kitchen & Appliances Guide • Oven: Light with match/lighter. Push in and turn knob left for gas, hold flame to bottom grate until it lights and then continue to hold knob in for 10-15 seconds. • Microwave: Basic operation • Water filter pitcher: Change filter every 30 days, replacements under sink. Notify us if out. • Hot water heater: Makes loud noises at times, especially if unused. Still works fine. • Kitchen sink: Do not pour oil/grease down drain to avoid clogs. • Gas line: it is best to turn the gas line off when not in use, as sometimes a faint gas smell can be noticed when left on after cooking. Simply turn the yellow handle on the left hand side of the kitchen splash wall to open and close the gas valve. • Printer: works best if you connect to your computer using the blue cable provided 8. Laundry Instructions Washer and dryer are in the kitchen area. An initial supply of detergent and softener is provided under the sink. The dryer is 110v so drying cycles can take 2-3 hours depending on load size. For faster drying, use smaller loads. 9. Heating, Cooling & Humidity The apartment can get humid at times due to the creek/valley location. To reduce humidity, keep a window or door slightly open while showering or drying clothes. 10. Security & Emergency Procedures • Lock all windows and doors when leaving the apartment • In case of emergency, call: o Police/Fire/Ambulance: 123 o Emergency line: 123 o Nearest Hospitals:  Hospital Manuel Uribe Ángel (HGM) This is a public hospital in Envigado that provides comprehensive health services. The Santa Gertrudis branch is located at Diagonal 33 #34C sur-31, Envigado, Antioquia.  Clínica Las Américas has a second clinic known as Clínica del Sur that is located in Loma del Escobero in Envigado at Transversal 27A Sur 42 B 111.  Clínica El Rosario has a location in El Poblado. The address for this location is Carrera 20 # 2 sur-185. • For power outage, notify porteria/admin 11. El Poblado #18s80, El Poblado, Medellín, El Poblado, Medellín, Antioquia 🎡 Activities & Entertainment • Parque Guayacana - beautiful hidden park you can access by walking up the hill and following Google Maps • Parque La Frontera - next to La Frontera mall • Otraparte Cafe - iconic cultural cafe in Envigado • Smartfit gyms up hill at Tranversal Superior as well as down the hill at Avenida Poblado. Crossfit at PowerClub gym on Avenida Las Vegas at Aguacatala. 12. Property Amenities Use of the jacuzzi and steam room is 50,000 COP per use (single fee for both) for the entire day. Hours are 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM daily. Pick up keys for the 24-hour gym at the porteria/front desk. There is also a park, dog walking area, and picnic / BBQ area that can be accessed by taking the staircase at the end of the parking garage all the way down. The elevator does not go all the way to the level where this outdoor area, the gym, steam room, and jacuzzi are, so you must walkdown the stairs after talking the elevator to P2. 13. Maintenance Emergencies • While we hope you have a completely smooth stay, sometimes unexpected issues like plumbing leaks can arise. If you encounter any urgent maintenance problems in the unit, please: • Immediately notify us via phone, text or email (contact info in section 1). We need to know right away to be able to take quick action. • Also notify building maintenance/reception so they are aware and can help coordinate any needed repairs. Their phone number is +57 311 4055175. • If it is a minor leak, place a bucket or towels to collect dripping water until the issue can be repaired. • Take photos to document the issue and any resulting damage. We will work to get any maintenance issues resolved as quickly as possible.
